Brunwell Group uses the information you choose to provide to review and respond to equipment brokerage and logistics inquiries.
Information we collect
The inquiry form may collect your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, equipment requirements, machine details, locations, budget or price expectations, timing and any additional information you voluntarily submit.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to understand your request, contact you, evaluate a potential brokerage or logistics engagement, prevent abuse and maintain necessary business records. We do not use an inquiry to enroll you in unrelated marketing without additional permission.
Service providers
Website inquiries are processed through Formspree and delivered to Brunwell Group through Zoho Mail. Website hosting and security services are provided through Cloudflare and the site hosting platform. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that communication is also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and safeguards
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, assess or carry out the requested engagement, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and contact
